B&B that is totally worth every penny. The breakfast is amazing and makes you wish they served all meals here. The rooms are clean and quiet and very comfortable. A very nice place to stay at for a great price and we can't wait to return.

This is a GREAT place to stay. I am so late posting this review since my husband and I traveled so much this Summer. However, better late than never. We stayed for our Anniversary in July. The room was cozy and comfortable and Geri, the owner is simply the best! Her breakfasts were fabulous and delivered right to our door. She gave a wonderful selection of choices for each morning. I am wheat intolerant and she went above an beyond to prepare gluten free options for me. Wow, her service is outstanding. I never expected her to do that but she even made homemade gluten free bread AND desserts for me! She shared her recipes with me afterwards. My husband and I have traveled a ton and appreciated her kind and genuine nature. This is definitely a find!!

We had a great 2-night stay at this B&B over the July 4'th holiday. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and it was a nice luxury to have them just outside the room on the patio. The owner was gracious and friendly and gave us great tips on where to catch the fireworks and even let us use their folding chairs for the occasion. A great experience in all respects.

If you're going to Door County with your sweetie, you should *definitely* stay here. We stayed here right at the beginning of January. The town was quiet, snow blanketed everything and a deep cold had set in over the entire midwest. But our room (The 'Cabin' room) had a gas fireplace, wood panelled walls, a down comforter and was warm and cozy. The jacuzzi tub was very relaxing after dinner. The layout of the room is really neat - shower and bathroom separated from the tub and both of those separate from the bedroom. Skylights made it bright without glaring in the morning. The bed was firm with excellent linens. There is a sound system that we plugged our varous ipo/ads into to listen to tunes. The breakfast was fabulous. We had a fritata with spinach, gorganzola and tomatoes. The homemade granola was awesome. The house is populated with cookies, candies, various drinks, all available any time and most of which are from door county. Along the subject of food, Jeri had great recommendations for restaurants and nightlife, such as it was in early January. Our room was great, but we also poked our heads into another room (room 1?). The room itself was large and well appointed, a corner with multiple windows. But the neat part was a jacuzzi up in a turret with 360 views out the curtained windows. Excellent hosts, we loved staying here.

We stayed here back in May of this year for my wife's birthday. May is nice in Door County; there are enough people around that it doesn't feel like a ghost town... er, peninsula, but the hordes haven't arrived yet. We like Sturgeon Bay because it feels like an actual town, unlike Egg Harbor, etc. that seem to only subsist off of tourist dollars. And it's right in the middle of the peninsula, so everything is a short drive away. Anyways, more on point... I'm not big on B&Bs, because I love my vacation anonymity and space. But Jerry and her husband give everyone their space and it's all very quiet, but will give you tons of information on the area if you want, and are super friendly and helpful. And the prices are really reasonable for what you get. The place itself is located in a renovated Victorian style(?) house tucked back into a quiet neighborhood, but is a five minute walk from the main street. Your breakfast is brought to your door at the time you designate... Actually, you can read Shayna's review for details on breakfast. But I WILL say that it was amazing. The fresh baked muffins, the yogurt/granola/fruit. I was genuinely excited every morning for it. Oh yeah, and those cookies she leaves in a jar for guests... we ate our fair share during our stay. We stayed in the "cabin room". Each room has it's own jetted hot tub and patio space. It was just a wonderful relaxing place. We liked it so much that we extended out another night. I would go back in a heartbeat.

We looooved staying here. The rooms are clean and very well decorated with just enough class and comfort. We stayed in the arts and crafts room for two nights during our honeymoon and purchased a couples massage and champagne package to go with it. The rooms all come with a big hot tub for two. The arts and crafts room was the most spacious of all 4 rooms, but they're all comfortable and nice. The breakfast comes with a fresh baked muffin and fruit, you can then request any additional items which are all delivered on a tray directly to your door in the morning at the time you want it. She also leaves a jar of fresh baked cookies, iced coffee and hot water for tea during the day for guests to take at any time (yum!) Sturgeon Bay isn't necessarily the best spot in Door County, but a short half hour drive will get you most places. We stopped at the winery downtown before heading deeper into the peninsula. My only complaint is that she kept the rooms a little too cold during our summer visit. This is a great place for a romantic getaway, it's definitely a place you can go and hang out for hours without ever wanting to leave your room ;)
